What payment method does Toolzonline accept
We accept 7 modes of payments i.e i. Visa, ii. Master Card, iii. American Express, iv. Maestro, v. PayPal, vi. Cash On Delivery(C.O.D) as well as vii. Physical Deposit in Bank Account.

What if my payment has been declined?
“In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:
- The card details on your Toolzonline account to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date, billing address or password etc.
- The security code entered is correct that’s the three digit number on the back of your card.
- Your card issuer may have declined your payment as they don’t tell us the reason for this, it’ best to check with them.
- If you’ve checked all of the above and still face an issue , try paying with another card.
If you’ve tried all these yet have not had a successful payment ,then please contact our Customer Care Team with details of the issue including any error messages and we’ll try to resolve it as soon as we can.”
Are there any hidden charges?
Shipping within India is free. There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay exactly what you see in your order summary.
How will I know if my order is placed successfully?
Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from Toolzonline. This mail will have all the details related to your order.
How will my order be delivered to me?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Your order will be delivered to you through reputed courier companies at your doorstep.
How do I check the status of my order?
Upon dispatch of your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Toolzonline with courier company details along with the tracking id. You may simply check the status by visiting their website. Incase your query is not resolved, our customer care representative will help you in tracking your order.
How do I return or exchange?
“At Toolzonline, the customer is God , always. If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order and we will exchange the product or refund the entire amount paid. All you need to do is drop an email at email@example.com or call us within a period of 15 days, from the date of delivery, clearly mentioning the order number and stating the reason for return.
However, you must ensure that the merchandise is returned to us in an unused, saleable condition with same finished as it was received and in the original packaging with its complimentary items. This protects us from losses and helps us serve you better and longer.
If you have received a faulty order?
“Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.”
If item is missing in the order?
- We may have sent your items in separate parcels, information about which would have been communicated to you via emails, so please check that.
- If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item’s name and article number. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.”
Post Usage, facing issue with the product?
At Toolzonline, we carefully screen and select the products that are made available . In rare cases if you face quality related issues post usage, we will forward your complaint to our manufactures partners and assist you with a solution.
Do I get charged for returning products?
Returns are FREE at Toolzonline. You do not pay for Return Shipments! However, if weâ€™re unable to arrange for a pickup in your city, we will credit Rs.100 to your toolzonline Store account towards courier charges once we receive your returns shipment
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on Toolzonline. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers.
Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
