Are there any shipping charges?

We deliver free of charge to any address in India via reputed courier partners.

How long will my order take to arrive?

The product will reach you within 4-5 business days.Orders placed after 5 P.M IST on any day is processed next day.Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will pro-actively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?

We ship 6 days of the week. We do not process orders on Sundays & on National Holidays. You can expect delivery of your order on any business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

How can I track my package?

We will keep you updated on the status of your order from the date of order till dispatch through our Order Tracking Id. On dispatch of your order, you will receive your shipment details & tracking number by e-mail. You may simply check the status by visiting the courier partner’s website.If you have not received our delivery confirmation e-mail or face any issue in tracking your order, please contact us via email or through phone.

What happens if I am not Availability at the time of Delivery?

Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.

I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?

The current logistics infrastructure in India doesn’t allow us to expedite further at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we are not dealing with international market right now.
